We are excited to publish the second issue of Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences(JIOHS)which focuses on the brain by demonstrating how novel optical developments are engaged to solve medical and biological problems in both the Orient and Occident.This issue includes articles addressing the brain and optical developments in various environments.
