摘要
高职院校质量年报运行十载,在提供院校自身发展诊断改进方向、满足社会各界监督和知情需求、强化职业教育质量保障常态化方面发挥了重要作用。文章首先阐述了质量年报产生背景、内容要求与意义,然后基于教育部历年来质量年报要求,对河北交通职业技术学院质量年报发展轨迹及特点进行了分析。最后针对质量年报编写存在的问题,从注重日常数据采集、完善内部管理、强化评价结果运用等方面提供了改进建议。
The quality annual report of higher vocational colleges has been running for ten years, which plays an important role in providing the improvement direction of colleges’ own development diagnosis, meeting the supervision and informed needs of all sectors of society, and strengthening the normalization of vocational education quality assurance. This paper firstly describes the background, content requirements and significance of the quality annual report, and then analyzes the development track and characteristics of the quality annual report of Hebei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College based on the quality annual report requirements of the Ministry of Education over the years. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the compilation of quality annual report, improvement suggestions are provided from the aspects of paying attention to daily data collection,improving internal management and strengthening the application of evaluation results.
