垂线法在矿井村庄保护煤柱留设的应用与实践 被引量:3

摘要 在矿井设计中,为了保护井田范围内村庄不受地下采掘影响,合理确定村庄保护煤柱,是矿井设计面临的主要问题之一。针对这一问题,以磁窑沟煤矿实际情况为例,介绍了保护煤柱的留设影响因素和留设方法,阐述了垂线法留设保护煤柱的设计步骤,并对东山梁村保护煤柱进行详细计算,确定了保护煤柱边界。结果表明,垂线法在矿井保护煤柱设计中有很好的实用性,采用垂线法留设矿井保护煤柱,可以实现矿井在建筑物下的安全开采。同时,对条件相似矿井的煤柱留设有一定的指导意义。 In the mine design,in order to protect the village within the scope of the mine field from the influence of underground mining,reasonable determination of village protection coal pillar is one of the main problems faced by mine design.In view of this problem,taking the actual situation of Ciyaogou Coal Mine as an example,this paper introduces the influencing factors and methods of retaining protective coal pillar,expounds the design steps of retaining protective coal pillar by vertical method,and calculates the protective coal pillar of Dongshanliang Village in detail,and determines the boundary of protective coal pillar.The results show that the vertical method has good practicability in the design of mine protective coal pillar,and the safe mining of mine under buildings can be realized by using the vertical method to set up mine protective coal pillar.At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for the coal pillar retention in mines with similar conditions.
