“双高”建设背景下职业院校推进“三教”改革研究 被引量:1

On the Reform of “Teaching Staff, Teaching Materials and Teaching Methods” in Double-high Vocational Colleges

摘要 “双高计划”背景下职业院校推进“三教”改革的价值在于锻造复合型技术技能人才,抢占世界级职教高地以及推进现代化产业发展。职业院校深入推动“三教”改革,必须明确其关键点:教师主体与时俱进,开拓创新是改革关键;教材载体产教融合,理实结合是改革依托;教法导体以生为本,因材施教是改革核心。因此,职业教育应从教师队伍的结构化改革、教材内容的系统化改革和教法实施的创新化改革等三个方面探索“三教”改革。 Under the background of the double-high plan,the value of promoting the reform of“teaching staff,teaching materials and teaching methods”(hereinafter referred to as the“3Ts reform”)lies in building compound technical and skilled talents,seizing the highland of world-class vocational education,and promoting the development of modern industry.Vocational colleges must clarify the key points of in-depth promotion of the“3Ts reform”,namely:the key to the reform is the teachers’innovation keeping pace with the times;the basis of the reform is the teaching materials that follow the view of production-education integration and theory-practice combination;the core of the reform is the teaching method that is student-oriented and carried out according to the students’aptitude.On this basis,it is suggested that the reform of the“3Ts reform”should be promoted from three aspects:the structural reform of the teaching staff,the systematic reform of the content of teaching materials,and the innovative reform of the implementation of teaching methods.
