摘要
使用水热合成法制备了铜基有机框架材料(Cu-MOFs),并将其引入到尼龙6(PA6)基体中制备复合材料。研究了Cu-MOFs的添加对材料在不同紫外加速老化情况下耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,使用水热合成法以均苯三甲酸为配体制备的Cu-MOFs具有良好的晶体结构和微观形貌。Cu-MOFs在PA6基体中同时存在抗氧剂和成核剂作用,其与PA6基体的络合作用、终止自由基作用以及优异的成核作用大幅提高了PA6的热稳定性、力学性能和结晶度,并在紫外加速老化后起到了很好的保持PA6性能的作用。说明Cu-MOFs在PA6基体中起到了良好的耐老化作用。
Copper based metal-organic framework(Cu-MOFs)was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and introduced into Nylon 6(PA6)matrix to prepare composites.The addition of the Cu-MOFs and the aging resistance of the material under different ultraviolet(UV)accelerated aging conditions were studied.The results show that the Cu-MOFs which prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with pyromellitic acid as ligand has good crystallinity and uniformity.Cu-MOFs have the functions of antioxidant agent and nucleating agent in PA6 matrix at the same time.Complexation,free radical termination and excellent nucleation in the PA6 matrix could greatly improve the thermal stability,mechanical properties and crystallinity of PA6,and play a good role in maintaining the properties of PA6 after UV accelerated aging.It shows that the Cu-MOFs plays a good anti-aging role in the PA6 matrix.
