摘要
安全生产事关人民群众生命财产安全、企业健康发展和社会和谐稳定。近年来,江苏省各级农业农村部门高度重视畜禽屠宰行业安全生产工作,通过切实加强安全制度建设、深入开展液氨专项治理,率先推进风险报告工作等措施,不断加大安全生产监管力度,确保了全省畜禽屠宰行业安全生产形势持续稳定。江苏在畜禽屠宰行业安全生产监管上积极探索,针对当前畜禽屠宰安全生产领域存在的四类问题,提出“突出一个重点、梳理两个清单、压实三大责任”的对策与建议。
Safety production was related to the safety of people′s lives and property, health development of enterprises and social harmony and stability.In recent years, agricultural and rural departments at all levels in Jiangsu province had attached great importance to the safety production of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry. The construction of safety system was strengthened effectively, and the special treatment of liquid ammonia was carried out, and the work of risk report was promoted, and the supervision of safety production was continuously strengthened, and the continuous and stable safety production situation of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry in Jiangsu province was ensured. Jiangsu actively explored the safety production supervision of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry, in view of the four types of problems existing in the current safety production of livestock and poultry slaughtering, the countermeasures and suggestions of "highlighting one key point, combing two lists and compaction three responsibilities" was put forward.
