摘要
[目的/意义]在微信环境下分析公众号用户的健康信息采纳行为影响因素,有助于健康类微信公众平台了解用户健康信息采纳行为,提升健康信息服务质量,促进健康信息良性传播。[方法/过程]以UTAUT模型和人际行为模型为基础,从用户、平台、信息3个维度出发,建立微信公众平台用户的健康信息采纳行为影响因素模型,并借助问卷调查、探索性因子分析和结构方程模型进行数据分析和模型验证。[结果/结论]结果显示,信息采纳意愿在用户维度、平台维度的影响因素与信息采纳行为之间发挥了明显中介作用;用户维度方面,绩效期望、努力期望和情感对用户健康信息采纳意愿存在积极影响;平台维度方面,平台氛围对信息采纳意愿影响显著,平台规范性对信息采纳意愿影响不显著;信息维度方面,信息质量和信息有用性对信息采纳行为均有积极影响且前者影响大于后者。
[Purpose/significance]Analyzing the influencing factors of official account users'health information adoption behavior in WeChat environment helps WeChat official account of health users to understand user health information adoption behavior,improve health information service quality and promote healthy transmission of health information.[Method/process]Based on UTAUT model and interpersonal behavior model,from the three dimensions of user,platform and information,the model of influencing factors of health information adoption behavior of WeChat official account users was established.Data analysis and model validation were conducted by means of questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling.[Result/conclusion]The results show that information adoption intention plays an obvious intermediary role between the influencing factors of user dimension and platform dimension and information adoption behavior;In terms of user dimension,performance expectation,effort expectation and emotion can positively affect users'willingness to adopt health information;In terms of platform dimension,platform atmosphere has a significant impact on information adoption intention,but platform specification is not significant;In terms of information dimension,information quality and information usefulness have a positive impact on information adoption behavior,and the impact of the former is greater than that of the latter.
