摘要
JJF 1070-2005《定量包装商品净含量计量检验规则》引入标准偏差是为了更加准确计量检验判定,但是在应用上不能脱离其规范要求与内涵而简单地就事论事。本文根据标准偏差的原理与作用,对现实中存在一些误用现象进行剖析,指出问题的根源所在,并对如何正确使用标准偏差提出了见解,使计量检验定量包装商品的净含量科学、准确。
The standard deviation is introduced in JJF1070-2005, Rules of Metrological Testing for Net Quantity of Products in Prepackages with Fixed Content, in order to make metrological testing judgment more accurate, but the application can not be separated from its standard requirements and connotation and simply deal with the situation as it is. According to the principle and function of standard deviation, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of misuse in reality,points out the root of the problem, and puts forward some opinions on how to correctly use standard deviation, so as to make the metrological testing for products in prepackages with fixed content scientific and accurate.
