摘要
汉防己甲素是一种双苄基异喹啉类生物碱,是粉防己中主要的生物碱,也是其质控成分之一。现代药理研究表明汉防己甲素在抗肿瘤、抗纤维化、肺部保护、心血管保护等方面具有显著作用,目前已有上市药物汉防己甲素片。近年来汉防己甲素及其衍生物的设计与合成受到国内外学者的广泛关注,通过对其化学结构进行修饰获得衍生物,以便提高其生物利用度和药理作用,本文综述了汉防己甲素的衍生物及其生物活性和作用机制的研究进展,旨在为今后对其进一步的研究与应用提供参考。
Tetrandrine, a kind of bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid, mainly exists in Stephania tetrandra as one of the quality control components.Modern pharmacological studies have indicated that tetrandrine exhibited anti-tumor, anti-fibrosis, pulmonary and cardiovascular protection activities, et al.In recent years, it is concerned by scholars that a series of tetrandrine derivatives were obtained to improve its bioavailability and pharmacological effects.This article reviews the research progress of tetrandrine derivatives along with their biological activities and mechanism of action in order to provide references for its further research and development.
