摘要
不同油井管对CO_(2)腐蚀造成的影响各不相同,为了优选出耐CO_(2)腐蚀性能最好的材料,需要探究不同条件下常规油井管材料的腐蚀情况。为此,以克拉玛依油田九;区CO_(2)复合驱注采井为研究对象,模拟油井管的实际服役工况,对N80、3Cr、镀钨隔热管和P110油管材料进行腐蚀失重试验。采用三电极体系进行动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)的测试,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察腐蚀产物微观形貌。结果表明:随着温度的增加,4种材料的腐蚀速率先增加后减小;随着压力的增加,4种套管钢的腐蚀速率都增加;镀钨隔热管和3Cr的腐蚀速率明显小于N80和P110的。从腐蚀形貌看,4种套管钢都发生了不同程度的腐蚀。N80和P110表面发生了严重的腐蚀;镀钨隔热管和3Cr表面发生了轻微腐蚀。据此得到了4种油井管在CO_(2)驱环境下的腐蚀规律,提出了CO_(2)驱环境下油井管设计和选用建议,可优选出耐CO_(2)腐蚀性能最好的材料。
Different oil well tubes have different influences on CO_(2) corrosion.In order to optimize the materials with the best corrosion resistance to CO_(2),it is necessary to explore the corrosion of materials of conventional oil well tubes under different conditions.Therefore,taking the production well of CO_(2) composite flooding injection in Block nine six of Karamay oilfield as the research object,and simulating the actual service condition of oil well pipes,the corrosion weight loss experiments on N80,3 Cr,tungsten-plated heat insulation tube and P110 oil tube materials were carried out.The Potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)were measured by three electrode system,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to observe the microstructure of corrosion products.Results showed that the corrosion rate of the four kinds of materials increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature.With the increase of pressure,the corrosion rate of the four kinds of casing steels increased.The corrosion rate of tungsten-plated heat insulation tube and 3 Cr was obviously lower than that of N80 and P110.According to the corrosion morphology,the four kinds of casing steels were corroded in varying degrees.The serious corrosion occurred on the surface of N80 and P110 whereas slight corrosion occurred on the surface of the tungsten-plated heat insulation tube and the 3 Cr.Therefore,the corrosion law of four oil well tubes in CO_(2)-driven environment was obtained,the suggestions on the design and selection of oil well tubes in CO_(2)-driven environment were proposed to select the materials with the best corrosion resistance to CO_(2) optimally.
