摘要
云南省澄江市某镇污水处理厂5000 m^(3)/d及周边乡镇分散式污水处理设备1230 m^(3)/d水量,共计6230 m^(3)/d,产生含水率99%剩余污泥82 m^(3)/d,污泥绝干量0.82t/d。为满足垃圾填埋场、焚烧厂污泥含水率不超过60%的要求,采用了只投加PAC为调理剂对污泥改性并引进小型高压隔膜板框压滤机污泥深度脱水技术,经过6个月以来的运行,结果表明:污泥含水率由99%降至60%,湿污泥重量由82 t/d降至2.05 t/d,污泥减量率达97.50%,符合卫生填埋等处置的要求。
The sewage treatment plant of a town in Chengjiang town,Yunnan province has 5000m^(3)/d of water and the decentralized sewage treatment equipment of surrounding towns has 1230m^(3)/d of water,a total of 6230m^(3)/d,generating 82m^(3)/d of surplus sludge with a moisture content of 99%,and 0.82t/d of sludge absolute dry capacity.In order to meet the requirements of waste landfill,incineration plant sludge moisture content is not more than 60%.After only adding PAC to the sludge modifier and introducing the technology of sludge dewatering by small high-pressure diaphragm plate and frame filter press,the operation results of 6 months show that the sludge moisture content is reduced from 99% to 60%;the wet sludge weight is reduced from 82t/d to 2.05TD /d, and the sludge reduction rate is 97.50%, which meets requirements of sanitary landfill disposal.
