摘要
党的十九届四中全会提出,推动社会治理和服务重心向基层下移,把更多治理资源下沉到基层,更好提供精准化、精细化服务。社区是社会的基本单元,也是社会治理体系中的基础部分。小区作为社区治理体系的末梢单元,在服务居民群众、推动治理创新中发挥着重要作用。近年来,福建省晋江市大力推进新型城镇化建设,在加强和创新社会治理过程中,积极推动治理和服务重心下移、资源下沉,探索推进“红色物业”参与社区治理。在此基础上,文章进而提出“红色物业”参与社区治理的若干思考,以期有所裨益。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC proposed that the focus of social governance and services should be moved down to grassroots level,more governance resources be sunk to the grass-roots level,and more accurate and refined services be provided.Community is the basic unit of society and basic part of social governance system.As the end unit of community governance system,community plays an important role in serving the residents and promoting governance innovation.In recent years,Jinjiang City,Fujian Province,has vigorously promoted the construction of new urbanization.In the process of strengthening and innovating social governance,it has actively pushed down the focus of governance and services,sunk resources,and explored to promote the participation of"red properties"in community governance.On this basis,this paper further puts forward a number of considerations of"red property"participating in community governance,hoping to be of some help.
