摘要
文县地处甘川经济交汇地带,旅游及石料资源丰富,随着当地社会经济的快速发展,石料等矿产资源的需求日益攀升。如何科学合理地开发利用当地丰富的石料资源,减轻、消除开发利用过程中对生态环境产生的负效应,是当地政府部门及矿山企业需要解决的主要问题。针对采石场建设中面临的山体和植被破坏问题,本文围绕采石场选址,资源开发利用设计、政府监管及矿山生态修复等方面对采石场在建设及运营过程中的环境保护及生态修复问题进行探讨,以期实现资源开发与环境保护相协调,加快绿色矿山建设进程。
Wen county is located in the intersection of Gansu and Sichuan economy,with rich tourism and stone resources.With the rapid development of local social economy,the demand for stone and other mineral resources is increasing.How to scientifically and reasonably develop and utilize the local rich stone resources and reduce and eliminate the negative effects on the ecological environment in the process of development and utilization is the main problem that local government departments and mining enterprises need to solve.In view of the destruction of mountains and vegetation in the construction of quarry,this paper discusses the environmental protection and ecological restoration in the construction and operation of quarry from the aspects of quarry site selection,resource development and utilization design,government supervision and mine ecological restoration,in order to realize the coordination between resource development and environmental protection and speed up the process of green mine construction.
