摘要
氢能作为一种绿色高效的新能源在全球范围受到前所未有的关注,氢能发展影响着全球能源结构向清洁化、低碳化转型的结果。制氢技术与优化炼厂物料平衡息息相关,也是炼厂流程优化的重要发展方向。综述了炼厂制氢技术原理及应用现状,重点对不同制氢方案的特性、用氢成本、经济效益进行了阐述,以某炼厂为例进行不同氢气方案比选,从经济指标综合剖析其对全厂经济效益影响,最后对炼厂制氢技术发展前景进行了思考与展望。
As a green and efficient new energy, hydrogen energy has attracted unprecedented attention all over the world. The development of hydrogen energy affects the result of the transformation of the global energy structure to a clean and low-carbon economy. Hydrogen production technology is closely related to the optimization of refinery material balance, and it is also an important development direction of refinery process optimization. In this paper, the principle and application status of hydrogen production technology in refinery were summarized, and then the characteristics, hydrogen consumption cost and economic benefits of different hydrogen production schemes were analyzed. Taking a refinery as an example, different hydrogen schemes were compared and selected, their impact on the economic benefits of the whole plant was comprehensively analyzed from the economic indicators, and finally the development prospect of hydrogen production technology in refinery was discussed.
