摘要
复合钛基润滑脂是一类较有前景的新型润滑脂,在优化复合钛基润滑脂工艺的基础上,利用Rtec多功能摩擦磨损试验机等,考察不同粒径及不同添加量的二硫化钨添加剂对复合钛基润滑脂基本理化性能及摩擦学性能的影响。研究表明:粒径为80 nm左右的二硫化钨能明显改善复合钛基润滑脂的抗磨性能。二硫化钨不同的添加比例对基础脂性能也存在影响,当添加比例为5%(质量分数)时,复合钛基脂的摩擦系数最小、滴点最高、稠度适中,抗磨性能和理化性能均达到最佳。
Titanium complex grease is a new type of grease with promising prospects.Based on the optimization of the process of titanium complex grease,the effects of different particle size and different amount of tungsten disulfide additive on the basic physical and chemical properties and tribological properties of titanium complex grease were investigated by using Rtec multifunctional friction and wear tester.The results showed that tungsten disulfide with particle size of about 80 nm obviously improved the anti-wear performance of titanium complex grease.Different adding ratios of tungsten disulfide also affected the performance of base grease.Titanium complex grease had the lowest friction coefficient,highest drop point,moderate consistency,and the best anti-wear and physicochemical properties when the addition ratio of tungsten disulfide was 5%(mass fraction).
