摘要
渣油加氢脱金属催化剂上活性金属的非均匀分布状态对催化剂的加氢活性有着重要影响。实验过程中,运用改变浸渍液pH值的方法,探究制备蛋黄形和均匀形催化剂的确切条件;利用柠檬酸占位的方法,探究了制备蛋壳形催化剂的适宜条件。
The uniform distribution of reactive metal on the hydrodemetallization catalyst plays an important role in the activity of hydroprocessing.During the experiment,by the method of changing the pH value of soaking solution,researchers hunt for the exact conditions to prepare the egg shape and uniform shape catalysts.At the meantime they explore the conditions for preparing eggshell catalysts by using the citric acid to occupy active site.
