一种加氢汽提新工艺研究

摘要 本文探讨了炼化企业柴油汽提生产技术领域涉及重油加氢裂化柴油侧线汽提塔-氢气汽提新工艺对生产的积极影响因素,通过开发设计一种重油加氢裂化柴油侧线汽提塔-氢气汽提工艺,针对柴油侧线塔用蒸汽汽提产生的缺点,改用氢气汽提。通过新增一条DN25氢气管线至柴油侧线汽提塔的处置措施,替换原有使用的10kg低压过热蒸汽,解决了成品柴油带水、乳化严重问题,同时柴油闪点、初馏点无明显变化,保证了产品质量,解决了至库区柴油管线未保温及库区柴油脱水难题。 This paper discusses the refining diesel stripping production technology involves heavy oil hydrocracking diesel side stripping tower-the new technology of hydrogen gas stripping positive impact factors of production,through the development and design a kind of heavy oil hydrocracking diesel side stripper-hydrogen gas stripping process,for the diesel side columns with steam stripping faults,convert hydrogen stripping.With the addition of a DN25 hydrogen gas pipeline to diesel side stripper disposal measures,replacing the original use of 10 kg of low-pressure superheated steam,to solve the serious problem finished diesel oil with water,emulsion,and diesel oil flash point,no obvious changes in initial boiling point,guarantees the product quality,solved to reservoir diesel oil pipeline heat preservation and the problem of the diesel oil dehydration.
