摘要
基于API 11D1-V3标准对高温密封组件进行4个轮次50~350℃高低温交变下承压21MPa测试,通过打压拉压力工装坐封胶筒,测试胶筒的坐封力及坐封距离,测试高温胶筒在常温-高温环境交变后的密封性能,结果表明在进行4个轮次50~350℃高低温交变下承压21MPa合格,满足热采井多轮次注热注气压力要求,密封性良好。
Based on API 11D1-V3 standard,the pressure bearing 21 MPa test of high temperature sealing assembly was carried out under four rounds of 50 ℃-350 ℃ high and low temperature alternating.The setting force and setting distance of the rubber cylinder were tested by pressing and drawing pressure tooling,and the sealing performance of the high temperature rubber cylinder after alternating at room temperature and high temperature was tested.The results show that the pressure bearing 21 MPa is qualified under four rounds of 50 ℃-350 ℃ high and low temperature alternating,which meets the requirements of multi-round heat injection and gas injection pressure in thermal recovery wells and has good sealing performance.
