摘要
大一统国家的维系和巩固是中国政治发展的一个重要主题,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴不可或缺的一个条件。然而,国家的统一和内部团结并不是自发形成的,而是国家政权建构的产物,是国家权力整合的结果。历代中央王朝都会围绕大一统历史与理想进行文本书写、话语建构与传播,维护国家的统一性。在当代中国维护国家统一和维系大一统国家的过程中,中国共产党是不可替代的领导力量,中国共产党的意识形态领导权扮演着关键角色。中国共产党意识形态领导权既包括意识形态的主导权、定向权,也包括意识形态的创新权。三种权力各自作用,相互支持,互相配合,共同服务于大一统国家的赓续。中国共产党意识形态领导权,不仅是理解中国共产党领导力的一个重要切入点,而且是分析中国这个超大规模国家何以团结有序的一个不可或缺的视角。
The maintenance and consolidation of a unified country is an important theme of China’s political development and also an indispensable condition for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,the unity and solidarity of the state do not grow spontaneously,but are the product of the active construction of the state government and the result of the integration of state power.Since the Qin and Han dynasties,the central governments of all dynasties would have exerted the national ideological leadership to write texts and construct discourses on the history and the ideal of the great unity,thereby maintaining the unity of the country.The ideological leadership of the Communist Party of China plays a key role in the process of maintaining national unity as well as a unified country in contemporary China,and the Communist Party of China is an irreplaceable leader.The ideological leadership of the Communist Party of China includes the right to dominate ideology,the right to set directions for ideology,and the right to innovate ideology.The three play their roles,support each other and cooperate with each other,jointly making the unified country sustainable.The CPC’s ideological leadership is not only an important entry path to understand the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,but also an indispensable explanatory variable for analyzing the unity and order of such a super-large country.
