摘要
中速磁浮列车直流440 V蓄电池主要用于调节和稳定440 V电网电压,在应急情况下满足车辆悬浮导向系统正常悬浮直到涡流制动紧急停车。基于中速磁浮列车的车载电网特点,分析车辆对直流440 V蓄电池的需求,研究蓄电池匹配的类型、电压、节数以及容量等参数与试验项点,推选一种高倍率的钛酸锂电池满足车辆轻量化、高能量密度、高安全性的要求,并装车考核验证。
The DC 440 V battery of medium speed maglev train is mainly used to regulate and stabilize DC440 V network voltage,and to meet the normal suspension of the vehicle suspension guidance system until the emergency stop of eddy current braking in case of emergency.Based on on-board power network characteristics of medium speed maglev train,analysed vehicle demand for DC 440 V storage battery.Researched the battery matching types,parameters such as voltage,section number,capacity,and test items.Choosed a high ratio of lithium titanate battery meet requirements of vehicle lightweight,high energy density,high security and so on,meanwhile loading assessment and validation.
