摘要
针对当下流行的分布式温室控制系统难以满足愈发庞大的温室集群规模的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的集束式系统结构,系统将MODBUS RTU通讯和MODBUS TCP/IP通讯嵌套使用,突破了单一MODBUS通讯控制系统节点数上限的限制并减少了通讯的周期,最终所有数据交互于PLC客户端,技术人员通过人机界即可对任一子系统进行操作和数据采集。
Aiming at the problem that the current popular distributed greenhouse control system is difficult to meet the increasingly large scale of greenhouse cluster,a cluster system structure based on PLC is designed in this paper.The system uses Modbus RTU communication and Modbus TCP/IP communication nested,which breaks through the upper limit of the node number of a single Modbus communication control system and reduces the communication cycle.Finally,all data interact with PLC client,and technicians can operate and collect data from any subsystem through man-machine interface.
