摘要
目的探讨基于心理资本干预模型的团体辅导在肿瘤科护士中的实施效果,为促进专科护理队伍建设与稳定提供参考。方法2020年6月至2021年2月选取在复旦大学附属中山医院肿瘤相关科室工作的104名护士为研究对象,将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组实施常规管理,观察组护士在此基础上开展每月1次、共6次的团体辅导,团体辅导的主题基于心理资本干预模型制订并实施。干预前后,采用护士心理资本问卷中文修订版、护理能力量表及团体满意度自我评定问卷,调查比较两组护士的相关指标。结果干预前,两组护士的心理资本和护理能力得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士的心理资本和护理能力得分均优于对照组(P<0.05);且干预后观察组护士心理资本及护理能力得分较干预前有所提升(P<0.05),干预3个月后较干预后即刻,观察组护士的心理资本及护理能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护士对团体辅导的总体满意度得分为(87.95±7.62)分,且各条目得分处于中上水平。结论基于心理资本干预模型的团体辅导可提高肿瘤相关科室护士的心理资本水平和护理能力,有助于促进护士职业生涯的良性发展。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of psychological capital intervention(PCI)model-based group counseling on oncology nurses,providing a reference for building a stable specialist nurse team.Methods From June 2020 to February 2021,104 nurses who worked in the oncology-related departments of Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52).The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given group counseling(once a month,6 in total)on this basis.The theme of the group counseling was developed and implemented based on the PCI model.Before and after the intervention,relevant indicators of nurses were investigated and compared between the two groups using the Chinese version of the Nurses’Psychological Capital Questionnaire,the Care Competence Scale,and the Self-rating Group Counseling Satisfaction Questionnaire.ResultsBefore the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological capital and care competence between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of psychological capital and care competence of the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of psychological capital and care competence of the observation group were increased compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05);after 3 months of intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological capital and care competence of the observation group compared with those immediately after the intervention(P>0.05).The overall group counseling satisfaction score of the observation group was(87.95±7.62)points,with the score of each item above the average.ConclusionThe PCI modelbased group counseling can improve the psychological capital level and care competence of nurses in oncology-related departments,and contribute to the favorable development of their careers.
