摘要
新建智能变电站或者投运时间长的智能变电站,其模拟量采样和开关量二次回路会由于种种外部或内部因素发生各种类型的虚接、换相和短路等故障,二次回路发生故障时,会引起二次保护装置、测控装置保护逻辑判别失灵,导致智能变电站现场出现开关误动、拒动的现象,最终引起电力事故的发生,严重的还会引起电气设备的损坏和人员的伤亡。主要介绍一种智能变电站二次回路故障智能诊断技术,利用闭环测试的方法配合智能判别逻辑完成二次电压、电流和开关量回路的虚接、换相和短路等故障的智能判别和定位,保证变电站的安全可靠运行。
For new intelligent substations or intelligent substations that have been put into operation for a long time,various types of virtual connection, commutation, short circuit and other faults will occur in the analog sampling and switching value secondary circuit due to various external or internal factors. When the secondary circuit fails, it will cause the failure of the protection logic discrimination of the secondary protection device and measurement and control device, resulting in the on-site failure of the switch in the intelligent substation The phenomenon of refusing to move will eventually lead to the occurrence of power accidents, and in serious cases, it will also cause the damage of electrical equipment and casualties. An intelligent fault diagnosis technology for secondary circuit of intelligent substation is mainly introduced, which uses the closed-loop test method and intelligent discrimination logic to complete the intelligent discrimination and location of faults such as virtual connection, commutation and short circuit of secondary voltage, current and switching value circuit, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of substation.
