渤海C油田除砂工艺设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 渤海C油田属于特高孔、高渗、疏松砂岩油藏,稠油黏度大,对岩石的拖拽能力强,采用蒸汽吞吐开采模式,降低了岩石的胶结强度,加剧了地层出砂风险。现有的油井防砂措施,增大了采出原油出砂概率,为此,需要设计一套除砂工艺流程。提出了热水回掺、管道混合、密闭容器旋流喷射自吸装置、旋流除砂、卧螺机等技术整合一体的处理流程,解决了出砂对工艺系统的影响,整套流程节能、环保。 Bohai C oilfield is an unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,with ultra-high porosity,high permeability and high viscosity,and it has a strong dragging ability to the rock.By adopting the steam huff and puff production mode,the cementation strength of the rock is reduced and the risk of formation sand production is intensified.Besides that,with the existing oil well sand control measures,the sand production probability of produced crude oil is increased,and it is necessary to design a set of desanding process.Therefore,an integrated treatment process is proposed,which includes hot water back mixing,pipeline mixing,closed container cyclone jet self-priming device,cyclone desanding,horizontal screw machine and so on,and solves the impact of sand production on the process system.In one word,the whole process is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
