百年变局与世纪疫情交织加剧了世界经济的不确定性。中美关系作为当今世界最重要的双边关系,近年来遭遇了建交以来最困难的时期,偏离了正确航向。稳定的中美关系对于两国都很重要,也是世界各国的期待。习近平主席提出了新时期中美相处应该坚持的三点原则:相互尊重、和平共处、合作共赢。相互尊重是发展中美关系的前提,和平共处是发展中美关系的基础,合作共赢是发展中美关系的目标。中美在双边及全球事务中具有广泛的共同利益,应加强抗疫合作、应对气候变化合作、经贸合作、科技合作、全球治理合作,将合作潜力转化为发展动力。
The greatest changes in a century and pandemic have exacerbated the uncertainty of the world economy.As the most important bilateral relationship in the world today,China-U.S.relations have encountered the most difficult period since the establishment of diplomatic relations in recent years,deviating from the right course.Stable China-U.S.relations are important to both countries,and are also the expectations of all countries in the world.President Xi Jinping put forward three principles that China and the United States should adhere to in the new era:mutual respect,peaceful coexistence,and win-win cooperation.Mutual respect is the premise of developing China-U.S.relations,peaceful coexistence is the foundation of developing China-U.S.relations,and win-win cooperation is the goal of developing China-U.S.relations.China and the United States share extensive common interests in bilateral and global affairs,and should strengthen cooperation in fighting the epidemic,coping with climate change,economic and trade cooperation,scientific and technological cooperation,and global governance cooperation,so as to turn cooperation potential into development momentum.
