摘要
目的:观察活血壮骨汤治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将80例肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组予钙尔奇D与阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予活血壮骨汤,疗程4个月,治疗后观察两组临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率85.00%,治疗组总有效率100%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组骨密度值、VAS评分、ODI评分及JOA评分均较治疗前有改善,差别有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:在钙尔奇D与阿仑膦酸钠片治疗的基础上,活血壮骨汤能够更好地改善患者疼痛症状,提高患者骨密度值与生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction on primary osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:80 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with caltrate D and alendronate sodium tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 months.The clinical effects of two groups were observed after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 85.00% in the control group and 100%in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant compared between two groups(P ﹤ 0.05).After treatment in two groups,bone density value,VAS score,ODI score and JOA score were improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).The improvement degree of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of treatment with caltrate D and alendronate sodium tablets,Huoxue Zhuanggu decoction can more significantly improve the pain symptoms of patients,and enhance bone density value and quality of life of patients.
