摘要
维护和发展海权是加快建设海洋强国的关键。为系统梳理我国海权研究现状并探索其未来研究趋势,从CNKI检索1990—2020年篇名为"海权"、"海洋权益"且被引频次大于1的501篇期刊为数据源,运用计量软件BibExcel对其增长趋势、作者、机构、关键词进行分析。分析结果显示:研究文献前期增长迅速,目前呈平稳发展状态;活跃研究机构中海洋类高校占1/3;高产作者和活跃机构间合作不够紧密;研究主题聚焦在海权意识教育、海洋强国建设、海洋权益维护等热点问题,形成5个聚类。目前海权研究存在研究力量分散、研究成果有限、研究方法单一等问题。未来海权研究需整合研究力量、聚焦前沿和热点问题、创新研究方法。
Safeguarding and developing maritime rights is the key to accelerating the pace of building China into a strong maritime power. In this study, we systematically summarized the current status of China’s sea rights research and explored future research trends. In total, 501 journal articles published between 1990 and 2020 were retrieved from CNKI as data sources, which included sea power and marine rights and interests in title and were cited more than once. We used also the measurement software BibExcel to analyze growth trends, authors, institutions and keywords of these journal articles. The amount of researching articles grew rapidly at early stage and later increased steadily. Marine universities accounted for one third of active research institutions. Productive authors and active organizations failed to form a close partnership. Research topics were focused on the hot issues such as education of maritime rights awareness, construction of a strong maritime power and maintenance of marine rights and interests, and proposing five clustering categories. At present, the research of sea power are still problemic. Research forces are scattered. Research results are limited. Research methods lack variety. We proposed that future research should integrate research forces, focus on cutting-edge and hot issues, and innovate research methods.
