摘要
评价区域水资源安全的发展趋势,有助于认识其对生态自然与社会经济的驱动作用。结合水资源安全评价的相关内涵构建评价指标体系,并用熵权—物元模型分析黄河流域9个中心城市水资源安全状态。结果表明,太原、郑州、济南、银川、青岛等中心城市处于临界安全等级,呼和浩特、西宁、兰州、西安等中心城市处于较不安全等级。研究结果对指导黄河流域水资源可持续利用,具有一定实践意义。
The evaluation of the development trend of regional water resources security is helpful to understand its driving effect on ecology, nature and social economy. The evaluation index system was established by combining the connotation of water resources safety assessment. The entropy weight matter-element model was used to analyze water resources safety state of nine central cities in the Yellow River. The results show that the Taiyuan, Yinchuan, Zhengzhou, Jinan and Qingdao are in the level of criticality safety, while Hohhot, Lanzhou and Xining, Xi’an are in less safe level. The research results have certain practical significance to guide the sustainable utilization of water resources in the Yellow River basin.
