摘要
依据教学大纲,着眼专业人才培养的差异,研究了大学物理课程教学与专业人才能力培养的关系,以及大学物理教学对专业人才能力培养的作用,制订了紧密结合专业人才能力培养的大学物理教学实施计划,形成了基于专业人才能力培养的大学物理教学策略,并进行了教学实践,将因材施教落到了实处,使得大学物理教学面向专业和实战有章可循,实现了大学物理教学与专业人才能力培养的有效融合及无缝衔接。
According to the teaching syllabus, focusing on the differences in the cultivation of professional talents,this paper studies the relationship between the teaching of college physics and the ability cultivation of professional talents, and the role of college physics teaching in the cultivation of professional talents, formulates an implementation plan for college physics teaching closely combining the ability cultivation of professional talents,forms a college physics teaching strategy based on the ability cultivation of professional talents, and carries out teaching practice to implement teaching in accordance with students’ aptitude, making college physics teaching oriented to majors and practical combat with rules to follow, and realizing the effective integration and seamless connection between college physics teaching and the ability cultivation of professional talents.
