压入试验在汽轮机材料中的应用前景

摘要 压入试验是一种最新研究的力学性能测试方法,可通过钢球压入来获取材料的力学性能。对于材料局部力学性能测试和小尺寸材料力学性能测试,在无法制取常规单轴拉伸试样或不破坏产品的情况下,压入试验就体现了它极高的工程应用价值。文章从压入试验的测试原理、汽轮机材料的常见测试方法着手,探索压入试验在汽轮机材料领域的应用前景。 Indentation test is a newly developed mechanical property testing method.The mechanical properties of materials can be obtained by pressing steel balls.For the local mechanical property test and small-scale mechanical property test of material,the indentation test shows its high engineering application value when the conventional uniaxial tensile specimen cannot be made or the product is not damaged.This paper starts with the principle of indentation test and its application in steam turbine materials,and explores the application prospect of indentation test in the field of steam turbine materials.
