摘要
随着玉米价格的不断攀升,养殖成本居高不下,寻找优质、低价的替代原料是降低饲养成本的关键,糙米与玉米相比具有相似的营养价值以及较低的价格,文章综述了糙米的营养、消化特性及其替代玉米在生长育肥猪上的应用研究进展,旨在为糙米在猪日粮中的应用提供理论指导。
The breeding cost was increased with the rising price of corns, researching high-quality and low-cost alternative raw materials is the key to reduce the feeding cost, compared with corns, brown rice has similar nutritional value and lower price. The nutrition and digestion characteristics of brown rice and the application of brown rice instead of corns in growing-finishing pigs were reviewed, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the application of brown rice in pig diets.
