摘要
在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴交汇和过渡时期,通过建设“以党的建设为引领,以政策支持为保障,以产业发展为龙头,以夯实项目为基础、社会治理为效能、乡风文明为时尚、智力服务为支撑”的发展格局,从而建立张家口巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴衔接的机制。
In the transition period of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,we should build a development pattern with“Party building as the guide,policy support as the guarantee,industrial development as the leader,project consolidation as the basis,social governance as the efficiency,rural civilization as the fashion,and intellectual service as the support”,for the establishment of a new mechanism for Zhangjiakou to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
