摘要
目的:讨论饮食护理联合运动干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法:此次研究对象为我院近年来收治的600例2型糖尿病患者,采用随机分配的方式,分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用常规药物治疗和常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上结合饮食护理与运动干预,分析比较两组患者的血糖控制水平、免疫功能以及生活质量。结果:通过实验观察,观察组和对照组患者在2 hPG、FPG、2 h-INS、INS、IR几项血糖控制相关指标上并不存在明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);实施干预后,观察组患者上述指标明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施干预前,观察组和对照组患者CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平并不存在明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);实施干预后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施干预后,观察组患者的生活质量总分明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对2型糖尿病患者采用饮食护理和运动干预相结合的护理方式可以对患者的血糖进行有效控制,获取更加良好的免疫调节功能与生活质量,具有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective:To discuss the influence of diet nursing combined with exercise intervention on blood sugar control and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:600 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into control group and observation group,in which the control group was treated with conventional medication and routine nursing,while the observation group was combined with diet nursing and exercise intervention on the basis of the control group,and the blood sugar control level,immune function and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Through experimental observation,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in some blood glucose control related indexes,such as 2 hPG,FPG,2 h-INS,INS and IR(P>0.05).After the intervention,the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) levels between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of patients’ quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of diet care and exercise intervention can effectively control the blood sugar of patients with type 2 diabetes,and obtain better immune regulation function and quality of life,which has certain clinical promotion value.
