摘要
目的:探索集束化护理干预对内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取本院2019年3月至2021年5月48例内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗患者为研究对象,以数字1:1分法分组,24例开展常规护理干预(对照组),24例在对照组基础上开展集束化护理干预(观察组)。观察两组患者术后各项指标、生活质量、并发症情况以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者肛门排气时间、住院时间相比对照组更短,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者各项生活质量评分更优,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组并发症发生率分别为4.17%和16.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理满意度观察组为95.83%,对照组为79.17 %,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:探索集束化护理干预对内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗后的康复影响。
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection.Methods:A total of 48 patients treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the digital 1:1 score method.Twenty-four patients were given routine nursing intervention(control group),and 24 patients were given cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group(observation group).The postoperative indicators,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The time of anal exhaust and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were better after nursing,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Complications in observation group and control group were 4.17% and16.67%,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was95.83% in the observation group and 79.17% in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on rehabilitation after endoscopic submucosal dissection.
