摘要
近年来,随着我国建筑行业节能减排政策的深入贯彻落实,明确要求建筑企业需主动迎合时代发展潮流,侧重搭建健全的绿色建筑施工管理体系,构建完善的管理机制,以此有效降低建筑材料的消耗量,进一步推动我国建筑行业长远稳步地发展。本文主要以绿色建筑施工管理的概念及作用为切入点,进一步对绿色建筑施工管理具体实施策略进行分析,希望以此全面提高绿色建筑施工管理工作的效率及质量。
In recent years,with the in-depth implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies in China's construction industry,it is clearly required that construction enterprises should actively meet the development trend of the times,focus on building a sound green building construction management system and a perfect management mechanism,so as to effectively reduce the consumption of building materials and further promote the long-term and steady development of China's construction industry.Based on the concept and function of green building construction management,this paper further analyzes the specific implementation strategies of green building construction management,hoping to comprehensively improve the efficiency and quality of green building construction management.
