摘要
产教融合是面向应用技术型的地方高校培养应用型人才的重要手段,创新的产教融合人才培养机制有助于培养有创新意识、实践能力和综合应用能力强的高素质应用型人才。本文以黑龙江工程学院“教育部-中兴通讯(ICT)产教融合创新基地”建设为例,从基地管理机构的层次化建设、建立健全全方位的协商管理机制、人才培养方案的制订,以及项目式教学模式的引入、双师双能型师资队伍建设、搭建三师一体的管理平台等方面阐述了ICT产教融合创新基地建设的全过程。
The integration of industry and education is an important means to cultivate applied talents in local colleges and universities facing applied technology.The innovative talent training mechanism of industry and education integration helps to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovative consciousness,practical ability and comprehensive application ability.Taking the construction of"Ministry of education ZTE industry education integration innovation base"of Heilongjiang Institute of engineering as an example,from the hierarchical construction of base management organization to the establishment and improvement of all-round negotiation management mechanism,and finally to the formulation of talent training plan.This paper expounds the whole process of the construction of ICT industry education integration innovation base from the aspects of the introduction of project-based teaching mode,the construction of double qualified and double capable teachers,and the construction of a management platform integrating three qualified teachers.
