不同基质配方对楠木容器苗生长的影响 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】优化楠木1年生容器育苗技术,为鄂东南地区楠木容器育苗提供科学借鉴。【方法】选择黄心土、河沙、蛭石和腐熟锯末作为基质配料,采用随机区组设计,设计3个不同基质处理。生长结束后对1年生楠木容器苗地径和苗高的生长量进行调查,应用CRITIC赋权法确定苗木生长和分级等参数的权重,建立楠木基质评价指数。【结果】地径和苗高在不同基质中与对照均存在显著差异。地径在4月下旬到6月上旬生长最快,其后生长相对缓慢;苗高净生长在5月上旬、7月上旬和8月下旬生长最快。苗高地径比(H/D)和Ⅰ级苗合格率是苗木或基质配方评价的关键因子。【结论】30%河沙+70%黄土(M1)是低投入高产出的楠木容器育苗基质配方。CRITIC赋权法和乘除法对楠木苗木质量或基质评价进行多目标评价简单易行。 【Objective】Optimization of the techniques of one-year container seedlings of Phoebe zhennan conducted to provide scientific reference for container seedlings of P.zhennan in Southeastern Hubei Province.【Method】The single factor randomized block design was adopted.Yellow subsoil,river sand,vermiculite and rotten sawdust were selected as substrate ingredients,and 3 different substrate formula treatments were designed.The growth of basal diameter and seedling height of P.zhennan were measured.The weight of growth and seedling grading parameters was determined by CRITIC weighing method,and the substrate formula evaluation index of P.zhennan was established.【Result】There were significant differences in basal diameter and seedling height between different substrates and the control group.The growth of basal diameter was the fastest between late April and early June,and then was relatively slow.The net growth of seedling height was the fastest in early May,early July and late August.The ratio of height to diameter(H/D)and the qualified rate of grade I seedlings were the key factors for the evaluation of seedling or optimal substrate formulas.【Conclusion】The formula of 30%of river sand+70%loess(M1)was an optimal substrate formula with lower input and high output for container seedlings of P.zhennan,which has a scientific reference significance for container seedlings of P.zhennan in the Southeastern Hubei.
