摘要
【目的】明确西藏中南部影响高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)栖息地选择各因素的权重与作用机理,为高原鼠兔种群数量预测与调控提供理论支撑。【方法】对西藏中南部30个样线的高原鼠兔栖息地进行了调查,计算测量并比较土壤因子、植物因子与环境因子等19个生态因子。【结果】栖息地的土壤湿度、土壤电导率、土壤盐分、植被覆盖度、海拔、建筑距离、竞争性动物在鼠兔利用间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。主成分分析结果显示,Simpson多样性指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、道路距离、土壤电导率、物种丰富度等影响高原鼠兔栖息地的选择;逻辑斯蒂回归模型分析结果表明,影响高原鼠兔栖息地选择的最为主要因子为竞争性动物、土壤湿度与土壤电导率。【结论】高原鼠兔在西藏中南部选择土壤湿度较低、土壤电导率与盐分低、海拔较高、无竞争性动物存在、食物资源充足、远离捕食者的栖息地。
【Objective】A clear understanding of the potential factors influencing the habitat selection of plateau pika(Ochotona curzoniae)in this area can provide theoretical support for the prediction and regulation of plateau pika populations.【Method】From July to August 2020,30 transects were set up in central and southern Tibetan rangelands and 19 ecological factors(soil,plant and other environmental factors)potentially related to the habitat selection of plateau pika were measured.【Result】Pika utilization significantly affected soil moisture,soil electrical conductivity,soil salinity,vegetation coverage,altitude,building distance and competitive animals among(P<0.05).The results of principal component analysis showed that Simpson diversity index,Shannon-Wiener index,road distance,soil conductivity,species richness and so on influenced the habitat selection of plateau pika.The results of logistic regression model analysis showed that the most important factors affecting the habitat selection of plateau pika were competitive animals,soil moisture and soil conductivity.【Conclusion】The results suggest that plateau pika prefers to select habitats with low soil moisture,low soil conductivity and low salinity,and high altitude,without competitive animals,abundant food resources and far away from predators in central and southern Tibetan rangelands.
