摘要
文章通过综述肠道菌群调节T淋巴细胞参与缺血性中风免疫反应的机制,以及针灸对T细胞和肠道微生物稳态的干预现状,进而探讨肠道T细胞分化在针灸抑制脑缺血损伤中的作用,以期从脑肠轴的角度为中风临床治疗和基础研究提供新思考。
This article reviews the mechanism of intestinal flora regulating T lymphocytes in the immune response of ischemic stroke, and the intervention status of acupuncture on T cells and intestinal microbial homeostasis, and then discusses the role of intestinal T cell differentiation in acupuncture and moxibustion in inhibiting cerebral ischemic injury. It is hoped that it can provide new thinkings for the clinical treatment and basic research of stroke from the brain-gut axis.
