摘要
目的 探讨社区慢性病管理专科护士的胜任力特征,为社区慢性病管理专科护士的培训及考核提供参考。方法 采用描述性质性研究法,于2020年5-12月采用目的抽样对16名从事慢性病管理的社区护士进行访谈,采取内容分析法进行资料分析。结果 提炼出知识、技能、能力、职业素养4个主题及19个亚主题。结论 社区慢性病管理专科护士需要具备的胜任力涵盖知识、技能、能力及职业素养4个方面,管理者可基于社区慢性病管理专科护士胜任力,进一步制定其培训大纲、培训与考核内容。
Objective To explore the competency characteristics of specialist nurses in community chronic disease management, and to provide reference for the training and assessment of specialist nurses in community chronic disease management. Methods A descriptive qualitative study was used to conduct interviews with 16 community nurses engaged in community chronic disease management by purpose sampling from May to December in 2020.The data were analyzed by content analysis method. Results Four themes of knowledge, skill, ability, and professionalism and 19 sub-themes were extracted. Conclusion The required competence of specialist nurses in community chronic disease management includes knowledge, skills, ability, and professional accomplishment. Based on the competence of specialist nurses in the community chronic disease management, managers can further formulate their training program, training, and assessment content.
