摘要
近年来,金纳米结构因为具有高比表面积、表面易于修饰、优良的生物相容性以及表面等离子体共振等独特性质而备受研究者们的青睐,基于金纳米结构独特的光学特性,可以作为优良的光学探针应用于化学和生物传感。为了更好的了解金纳米结构在现代科学中的重要作用,总结金纳米结构在传感器中的应用十分必要,因此本文主要综述了近几年金纳米结构作为光学探针在生物和化学传感方面的应用,并对金纳米结构未来的发展前景进行了展望。
In recent years,gold nanostructures have attracted much interest due to their unique properties such as high surface-to-volume ratio,modifiable surface chemistry,excellent biocompatibility and surface plasmon resonance.Due to its special optical properties,gold nanostructures can be used as excellent optical probes in chemical and biological sensing.For better understanding the significant role of gold nanostructures in modern science,it becomes increasing necessary to summarize a review on application of gold nanostructures in sensing.The recent applications of gold nanostructures as optical probes in biological and chemical sensing were reviewed.The future development of gold nanostructures was also prospected.
