摘要
地方高校地域覆盖范围广泛,直面地方国民经济建设主战场,是提高硕士研究生培养质量的突破口。针对“新工科”背景下机械工程专业课程体系建设的发展要求,本研究提出了以培养高层次技能研发型人才为目标,以实践创新为核心,以省级科研平台为支撑,并结合企业博士和项目资源的校企共育研究生培养教育模式。建设了“工程实践、理论学习、科学研究”三位一体的融合课程体系,为培养具有较高创新能力、能够服务大连乃至辽宁省高端制造业的机械专业高质量人才奠定了基础。
Local colleges and universities cover a wide range of regions and face the local national economic construction.It is a breakthrough to improve the training quality of postgraduates.In view of the development requirements of the curriculum system construction of Mechanical Engineering specialty under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,this study puts forward a school-enterprise joint postgraduates training model with the goal of training high-level skilled R& D talents,the core of practical innovation,the support of provincial scientific research platform,and the combination of enterprise doctoral and project resources.An integrated curriculum system of“engineering practice,theoretical learning and scientific research”has been built,which has laid a foundation for training high-quality mechanical talents with high innovation ability and can serve the high manufacturing industry in Dalian and even Liaoning Province.
