摘要
目的:探讨全程护理干预对屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者术后康复及护理工作满意度的影响。方法:选取我院2018年3月至2020年7月屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者152例,按照入院顺序不同分为常规干预组、全程干预组,各76例。常规干预组采用常规护理,全程干预组在常规护理基础上予以全程护理干预。比较2组康复效果、干预前后疼痛程度、不良反应发生率及护理工作满意度。结果:全程干预组住院时间、症状改善时间短于常规干预组(P<0.05);干预后全程干预组疼痛程度低于常规干预组(P<0.05);全程干预组不良反应发生率2.63%低于常规干预组的11.84%(P<0.05);全程干预组护理工作满意度高97.37%高于常规干预组的81.58%(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理干预应用于屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎术后患者,能促进其术后快速康复,降低患者疼痛程度,减少不良反应发生,同时可增强护理工作满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation and nursing job satisfaction in patients with flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods:A total of 152 patients with flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis in our hospital from March 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into a routine intervention group and a whole-process intervention group according to the order of admission,with 76 cases in each group.The routine intervention group was given routine nursing,and the whole-process intervention group was given the whole-course nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The rehabilitation effect,the degree of pain before and after the intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions and the nursing work satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospital stay and symptom improvement time in the whole intervention group were shorter than those in the conventional intervention group(P<0.05);the pain degree in the whole intervention group after the intervention was lower than that in the conventional intervention group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the whole intervention group was 2.63%lower.11.84%in the routine intervention group(P<0.05);the nursing job satisfaction in the whole intervention group was 97.37%higher than that in the routine intervention group(81.58%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole nursing intervention applied to patients with flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis after operation can promote the rapid postoperative recovery,reduce the pain degree of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and at the same time can enhance the satisfaction of nursing work.
