摘要
目的:分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,孕中期血糖水平与新生儿出生体质量之间的关系。方法:以惠州市第一妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇96例作为本研究实验组研究对象,同期选择未合并糖尿病孕妇100例为本研究对照组研究对象。对两组孕妇血糖相关指标以及新生儿体重进行测定,并对测定结果进行分析和比较。结果:实验组孕妇空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标以及新生儿体质量均显著高于对照组,并且随着孕妇孕中期糖尿病程度的加重,新生儿体重有加重趋势,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:孕妇孕期血糖水平与新生儿出生体质量之间具有密切关联,临床应注重对孕妇血糖水平的监控和控制,以降低巨大体重儿的出生比例。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between the blood glucose level in the second trimester and the birth weight of newborns in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:96 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Huizhou No.1 Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the experimental group of this study,and 100 pregnant women without diabetes were selected as the control group.The blood glucose-related indexes of pregnant women and neonatal body weight were measured in the two groups,and the measurement results were analyzed and compared.Results:The blood glucose indexes such as fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and neonatal weight of pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the blood glucose level of pregnant women during pregnancy and the birth weight of newborns.Clinical attention should be paid to monitoring and controlling the blood glucose level of pregnant women in order to reduce the birth rate of large-weight infants.
