摘要
目的:分析精神科患者使用精神类药物后血脂异常和药学监护点。方法:选择在本院精神科住院治疗的94例患者为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回归性分析,统计所有患者性别、年龄、精神药物使用情况和用后甘油三酯与总胆固醇水平、降脂药物种类。结果:94例精神疾病患者中,发病率从高到低分别为精神分裂症、精神障碍、精神发育迟缓、双相情感障碍、其他。其中抗精神药物使用率前三位的为利培酮、丙戊酸钠、氯氮平。患者抗精神用药后的甘油三酯水平为(4.61±3.77)mmol/L。总胆固醇水平为(5.52±2.31)mmol/L。降脂药物中使用率较高的为贝特类与他汀类,其中贝特类最高的为非诺贝特,他汀类为阿托伐他汀。结论:精神科患者使用精神类药物后会出现血脂异常情况,需要临床药师对其进行药学监护并选择合理调脂药物。
Objective:To analyze the dyslipidemia and pharmaceutical care points of psychiatric patients using psychotropic drugs.Methods:A total of 94 patients hospitalized in the psychiatric department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed by regression analysis,and the gender,age,psychotropic drug use,triglyceride and total cholesterol levels and lipid-lowering drugs were counted.Results:In 94 patients with mental illness,the incidence rate from high to low were schizophrenia,mental disorder,mental retardation,bipolar disorder and others.Among them,risperidone,valproate and clozapine were the top three in the utilization rate of antipsychotics.After antipsychotics,the triglyceride level of patients was(4.61±3.77)mmol/L.Total cholesterol level was(5.52±2.31)mmol/L.Among lipid-lowering drugs,betofibrate and statins were used more frequently,and fenofibrate was the highest in betofibrate and atorvastatin was the statins.Conclusion:Psychiatric patients will have dyslipidemia after using psychotropic drugs,which requires clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care and choose reasonable lipid-regulating drugs.
