摘要
大学生的职业决策自我效能感影响其就业能力的提升,关系到应用型人才培养质量。实习实训作为高校常规开展的实践教学环节,是增强大学生职业决策自我效能感的直接路径。大学生实习实训体验既通过实习实训投入间接预测职业决策自我效能感,也直接预测职业决策自我效能感。大学生实习实训体验、实习实训投入、职业决策自我效能感整体表现正面,但在与行业企业专家交流、重复性的实践操作,以及社会关系支持方面还存在不足;实习实训体验和投入显著正向影响职业决策自我效能感;实习实训投入在实习实训体验和职业决策自我效能感之间具有显著的部分中介效应。为此,高校应该营造良好的实习实训环境,改善学生实习实训的体验,提升实习实训的有效投入,加强多元化社会关系支持以增强大学生完成未来择业任务的信心。
Undergraduate students’ career decision-making self-efficacy(CDMSE) is influential to their employability, which is related to the cultivation quality of application-oriented talents. Internship and practical training, as the practice step routinely carried out in colleges and universities, is the direct path to improving students’ CDMSE. In the internship and practical training, students indirectly and directly predict their CDMSE.Students’ overall perception, engagement and CDMSE in internship training indicate a positive tendency, but there are shortcomings in students’ communicating with industry specialists, repetitive practicing, and social relationship supports;students’ perception and engagement significantly bring positive influence on their CDMSE;students’ engagement presents significant partial mediating effect between students’ perception and their CDMSE. Therefore, it is suggested that colleges and university should provide better environment of internship and practical training, improve students’ perception, raise students’ efficient engagement, enhance various social supports, so as to promote students’ confidence in completing the future task of career-choosing.
