摘要
随着教育部《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》(以下简称“《新国标》”)的推进与实施,高校教学模式也需要进行改革和创新,其中就包括英语教学。《新国标》对英语教学更加注重大学生语言的运用能力,读写部分本身就在英语教学中占据较大比例,而且是英语教学的难点,这让从事英语教学的教师在教学过程中面临一定的挑战,而传统的英语读写教学模式存在效率偏低、课堂乏味等缺点,这与《新国标》的要求极不相符。基于上述原因,有必要改变传统的英语读写教学模式,只有这样才可以更好地培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。从《新国标》的要求和英语读写教学存在的问题入手,研究有针对性的英语读写教学策略,为地方高校大学英语读写教学提供有益参考,达到提高英语阅读教学的效果。
With the promotion and implementation of The New National Standards for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Specialties in Regular Institutions of Higher Education, local universities, as an important base to boost local economic development and cultivate local reserve talents, need to reform and innovate according to talent training and teaching mode, including the English teaching. National standards for teaching quality of undergraduate specialties in colleges and universities pays more attention to college students’ language application ability. Reading and writing occupy a larger proportion in English teaching, and they are also the difficult parts in English teaching. For English teachers, the difficulties in the English reading and writing teaching process are facing with the challenges. The traditional way of teaching in English reading and writing has some shortcomings, such as low efficiency and boring class, which does not accord with the requirement of national standards for teaching quality of undergraduate specialties in colleges and universities extremely.Therefore, it is necessary to change the traditional English reading and writing teaching mode, which will better cultivate students’ innovation consciousness and innovation ability. This paper starts with the requirements of national standards for teaching quality of undergraduate specialties in colleges and universities and the existing problems in English reading and writing teaching, and studies targeted English reading and writing teaching strategies, which provides detailed reference materials for college English reading and writing teaching in local universities, and improve the effect of English reading teaching.
