摘要
随着近年来生物-心理-社会医学模式的逐渐完善以及双心医疗在心血管疾病诊疗中的日益发展,介入术(PCI)在冠心病治疗中的应用逐渐增多,但其会对冠心病患者造成一定程度的创伤,在支架介入部位存在血管内血液流通量下降的可能性,也有很大几率出现静脉血栓或者动脉血栓,继而增加了患者的精神压力,进一步导致术后抑郁的发生.因此,有效治疗冠心病介入术后抑郁,是保证患者预后效果符合预期、降低患者心理压力、促进患者保持正常心态应对生活的关键所在.西医治疗主要以药物为主,但存在治疗周期较长以及不良反应较明显等特点,患者依从性较差,存在一定的局限性.而中医治疗具有安全性较好以及疗效可靠的优势,可能更易被患者所接受.其中针刺治疗是中医外治法重要组成部分之一,养血柔肝针法是张智龙教授结合自身经验以及相关文献资料所提出的一种治疗抑郁的针刺方案.此文通过对养血柔肝针法治疗冠心病介入术后抑郁患者的相关研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供支持.
With the gradual improvement of bio-psycho-social medical model in recent years and the increasing development of two-heart medical treatment in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,interventional therapy will cause a certain degree of trauma to patients with coronary heart disease,there is the possibility of the decrease of blood flow in the stent,and there is also a high probability of the occurrence of venous thrombosis or arterial thrombosis,which increases the patient's mental stress and leads to the occurrence of post-operative depression.Therefore,how to effectively treat the depression after percutaneous coronary intervention is the key to ensure the prognosis of patients in line with expectations,reduce the psychological pressure,and promote patients to maintain a normal attitude to cope with life.Western medicine mainly drugs,but there are longer treatment cycle and more obvious adverse reactions,patients with poor compliance,there are certain limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of better safety and reliable efficacy,and may be more acceptable to patients.Acupuncture treatment is one of the important components of external treatment of TCM,Yangxue Rougan acupuncture is a depression acupuncture program put forward by Professor Zhang Zhilong in combination with his own experience and relevant literature.In order to provide support for clinical treatment,this article reviewed the related research of nourishing blood and softening liver acupuncture in the treatment of depression after percutaneous coronary intervention.
