摘要
目的:对南通市中老年群体进行养老意愿的调研,探讨影响中老年人养老意愿的有关因素,为优化南通市养老资源配置提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法在南通市选取符合纳入标准≥45岁中老年人183例,采用自制调查问卷,由调查人员进行面对面调查。调查问卷主要包括人口学资料、家庭情况、健康状况和养老意愿。结果:共发放问卷183份,回收有效问卷175份,有效率95.6%。其中选择机构养老的人最多,占52.6%(92/175),其次是社区居家养老,占26.3%(46/175),选择家庭养老的人最少,占21.1%(37/175)。受教育程度、生活地、子女数对养老意愿有影响。社区养老与家庭养老相比,中学学历较大专学历更倾向选择家庭养老(B=-1.687,P<0.01),机构养老与家庭养老相比,农村居民较城镇居民更倾向于选择家庭养老(B=-1.753,P<0.01),生育独生子女者较多个子女者更倾向选择社区养老(B=1.584,P<0.05)和机构养老(B=1.584,P<0.05)。结论:城乡居民养老需求不同,养老方式应该坚持差别化。
Objective:To investigate the the preference for old-age support of middle-aged and old people in Nantong city,and to explore the influencing factors to provide basis for optimizing the allocation of pension resources in Nantong city.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 183 middle-aged and elderly people in Nantong who met the inclusion criteria of≥45 years old.The self-made questionnaire was used,and the investigators conducted face-to-face survey on the respondents.The questionnaire mainly included demographic information,family information,health status and preference for old-age support.Results:A total of 183questionnaires were sent out,and 175 were effectively received,with an effective rate of 95.6%.The number of people who chose institutional elderly care was the largest,accounting for 52.6%(92/175),followed by community based elderly care services,accounting for26.3%(46/175),and family endowment was the least,accounting for 21.1%(37/175).Education level,living place and number of children have influence on elderly-care service choices.Compared with family endowment,people with secondary school education are more likely to choose family pension than those with junior college education(B=-1.687,P<0.01),Compared with family endowment,rural residents are more inclined to choose family endowment than urban residents(B=-1.753,P<0.01),and people with one child are more likely to choose community based elderly care services(B=1.584,P<0.05)and institutional elderly care services(B=1.584,P<0.05)compared to those with more children.
