摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是以关节肿胀、发热、疼痛、功能障碍和变形为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病,关节病变常会导致关节残疾和生活质量下降。因为对RA发病机制的认识仍受疾病异质性的限制,RA靶向治疗仍不理想。N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)的修饰对于包括免疫应答在内的多种生物过程是必需的。该文通过对m6A表观遗传修饰参与RA发病的梳理,进一步研究M6A甲基化在RA中的作用机制,以期更好的服务于临床。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by joint swelling,fever,pain,dysfunction,and deformation.Joint disease often leads to joint disability and reduced quality of life.Because the understanding of the pathogenesis of RA is still limited by the heterogeneity of the disease,RA targeted therapy is still not ideal.The modification of N6-methyladenosine(m6A)is necessary for a variety of biological processes including immune response.In this paper,we will further study the mechanism of M6A methylation in RA by combing the epigenetic modification of m6A involved in the pathogenesis of RA,in order to better serve the clinic.
